Refund and Cancellation Policy

ELI Financials is committed to providing a transparent, fair experience for all participants registering for webinars and training events. Please read the following policy carefully before registering.

1. Cancellations by Participants
  • Participants who wish to cancel their registration must notify ELI Financials in writing—by email or through the registration platform—at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar to qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made up to 4 hours before the webinar may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit towards a future webinar, at the discretion of ELI Financials.

2. Non-Attendance
  • Refunds are not available for registrants who do not attend a webinar and do not provide prior notification.

  • If you cannot attend, please contact ELI Financials in advance to discuss potential credit options.

3. Technical Issues
  • If technical issues on the part of ELI Financials prevent a registered participant from accessing the webinar, a full refund or credit towards a future session may be issued upon request.

  • All technical issue requests should be submitted in writing within five business days of the scheduled event.

4. Refund Process
  • All refunds will be processed within seven business days following the receipt of a valid refund request.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.

5. Exceptions
  • ELI Financials reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy for extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies or other unavoidable situations.

  • Exceptions are reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis.
