These Terms and Conditions govern access to and participation in webinars and related services provided by ELI Financials. By registering for or participating in any webinar hosted by ELI Financials (“we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Registration and Participation
You must register for a webinar using accurate, current, and complete information, and you are responsible for keeping this information up to date as needed. Certain webinars may require payment of fees at the time of registration, and such fees are non-refundable except as provided in ELI Financials’ applicable refund policy or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly permitted, registration is personal to the named attendee and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person without ELI Financials’ prior written consent. ELI Financials reserves the right to accept or reject any registration and to cancel, reschedule, or modify a webinar when necessary, making reasonable efforts to notify registered participants and, where applicable, offer alternatives or remedies consistent with its policies.
Webinar Content and Use
The content delivered in ELI Financials webinars, including presentations, discussions, examples, and supporting materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice. You remain solely responsible for how you use the information and for obtaining independent professional advice before making decisions based on webinar content.
ELI Financials does not warrant that webinar content will be error-free, complete, or up to date, and expressly disclaims any liability for reliance placed on it. Unauthorized recording, copying, screen capturing, rebroadcasting, or distribution of any part of a webinar (including audio, video, slides, downloads, and chat) is strictly prohibited unless ELI Financials provides prior written permission.
Participant Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner throughout the webinar, including when using audio, video, chat, Q&A, and any interactive tools. You must not engage in harassment, discrimination, abusive language, defamatory remarks, disruptive behavior, spamming, or sharing of unlawful or infringing content.
ELI Financials may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to refund fees, suspend or terminate your access to a webinar or related services if you violate these Terms or interfere with the experience, safety, or rights of other participants, speakers, or staff. Where appropriate, ELI Financials may also report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities or pursue legal remedies.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to ELI Financials webinars and associated materials—including but not limited to slides, handouts, recordings, graphics, trademarks, and logos—are owned by ELI Financials or its licensors. Your registration grants you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the webinar content for your personal, internal use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any webinar content without ELI Financials’ prior written consent. Any downloadable materials provided are for use only by the registered attendee and may not be shared externally or republished in any form without authorization.
Technical Requirements and Issues
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access the webinar platform and participate fully in the session. ELI Financials is not responsible for failures to join, interruptions, or poor quality caused by your devices, network limitations, firewall restrictions, or other circumstances on your side.
While ELI Financials aims to provide a reliable and continuous webinar experience, it does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, as availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party platform issues, or events beyond its reasonable control. If a significant technical issue attributable to ELI Financials materially affects a webinar, any remedies will be handled according to the applicable refund, rescheduling, or credit policies communicated for that event.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration and participation is processed in accordance with the ELI Financials Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of trusted third-party webinar, analytics, and payment providers.
Webinars may be recorded for quality assurance, internal review, or on-demand access, and your name, image, voice, and interactions (such as chat or questions) may be captured as part of such recordings where permitted by law and by the settings of the event. Details about how recordings and personal data are stored, used, and retained are set out in the Privacy Policy and related notices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ELI Financials and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your participation in a webinar or use of our services. If any liability is found, ELI Financials’ total aggregate liability to you for any claims relating to a specific webinar will be limited to the total fees you actually paid for that webinar, unless a different limitation is mandated by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. You remain responsible for complying with your own professional, legal, and regulatory obligations and for independently verifying how webinar content applies to your particular situation.
Modifications, Cancellation, and Governing Law
ELI Financials reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting on our website or upon notification to you by reasonable means. Your continued use of our services or participation in webinars after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, so you should review them periodically.
ELI Financials may cancel, postpone, or change the date, time, format, speakers, or content of a webinar when necessary, and will use reasonable efforts to notify registered participants and provide appropriate remedies consistent with the then-current refund or rescheduling policies. Unless otherwise specified in the event information, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ELI Financials is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
